Anunciada Palace Hotel

The One Anunciada Hotel is the result of the former Anunciada Palace rehabilitation, a building dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries, in which a 5-star hotel program has been integrated. The intervention involved the construction of new reinforced concrete structures, the rehabilitation of the residential building with composite steel and concrete structures and the rehabilitation of the palace’s core while maintaining the wooden and masonry structures, reinforced whenever necessary with metal elements. This structure was preserved by excavating the technical areas beneath the main halls and rooms, always with the care to ensure that the identified heritage was preserved, highlighting the decorative paintings and stuccos by Grossi or the large dragon tree in the central courtyard.
